Capital Expenditure

Capital expenditure is the cost of an improvement made to extend the useful life of a property or add to its value, such as renovations to a house.

If there is sufficient equity in the property, and income allows, you may be able to borrow funds from a lender to complete the capital expenditure / renovations.
