Home Loan

A home loan is the money that a future buyer borrows from a bank or specialist lender to purchase a property like a family home and/or investment property. The duration of the home loan can go up to 30 years and can be built with a mix of fixed and variable rates, depending of the buyer's strategy.

The amount of the home loan will depend on the financial situation of the buyer (level of deposit, level of income, fixed expenses...) and also the standard lending conditions of the future lender. As applying for an home loan is an important decision, its recommended to take time, seek independent advices and compare options.

That is one of the reason Tella was created in order to improve and facilitate your home loan journey.
