QUALIFYING EVENT

• Every person who directly and exclusively uses the Tella Home Loan application located at www.tella.co.nz and completes and settles a residential home loan of a value of no less than $500,000.00 with Tella appointed as their home loan adviser between 19 April 2023 and 25 July 2023.

HOW TO ENTER

• Contact Tella directly and exclusively use the Tella home loan application to arrange a home loan.
• Each entry is a “recipient”. If the loan application is joint, then it is considered as one entry.

GIVEAWAY

• All qualifying recipients will receive a $500.00 contribution to their loan settlement costs (“Giveaway”).
• The recipient provides an invoice addressed to Tella from their solicitor, valuer or other professional (“Issuer”) equating to the Giveaway amount.
• The Giveaway will be paid directly to the Issuer within 2 business days of the latter of the loan settlement date or receipt of invoice.
• Any expenses incurred in connection with the Giveaway are the recipient’s sole responsibility.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

By accepting a Giveaway, the recipient consents to:

• their name being used by Tella for publicity and marketing purposes;
• Tella contacting the recipient in the future and remaining a client of Tella.

Tella collects the recipient’s personal information to contact the recipient and provide them with information on home loans. Tella’s Privacy Policy applies - https://tella.co.nz/important-info.

GENERAL TERMS

• Participation is deemed acceptance of these terms as amended or modified from time to time.
• The Giveaway is only open to recipients normally resident in New Zealand, aged 18 years or older, and those who are not employees of Tella and are not immediately family of any such employee.
• Tella reserves the right to verify the validity and eligibility of any recipient data and to disqualify any recipient if it appears the entry is not in accordance with these terms.
• Where a third-party is involved in the referring, sourcing, procurement or marketing (third-party compulsion) that directs the recipient to Tella, the Giveaway is not applicable or payable.
• Tella reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Tella Giveaway scheme and to amend these terms at any time.
• Tella Technology Limited and Tella (New Zealand) Limited are collectively “Tella”.
